    High Latency for about 2 years now

      Hi! My name is Michael, and I have been with globe for a really long time now. I'm a gamer, I also work online at home. So, you see, I spend a lot of my day in front of a monitor, on the internet. Lumipat kami ng ISP one time when the problem got so bad, pero I convinced my relatives to move back, since pretty much wala namang pinagkaiba. I've been complaining about this since the day we got connected. Nung una, I thought baka problema lang sa wirings since sobrang luma na nung wires na naka kabit sa poste sa labas ng bahay. since lumipat kami ng connection hanggang sa naibalik, same wire lang ang gamit. pero recently, nung nag request ako na palitan, pinalitan naman ng team ng globe. I thought maaayos na ang problema, pero as you can see sa screen shot, hinde. I called the globe hotline. I asked about this. ang sabi nila sa akin, out of their scope daw yun kasi wala naman yung sa trouble shooting protocol nila kung paano ayusin ang mataas na ping. ifoforward nalang daw niya, and I should wait nalang daw. In an effort to find a solution by myself, napadpad ako sa website niyo, and I found out, ANDAMI DAMI pala naming may ganitong problema. Don't get me wrong, the service crew is good, pero sobra na eh. just give me an answer nalang po na galing mismo sa inyo. MAAAYOS PA PO BA ITO O HINDI NA AKO AASA? wala po akong problema sa download and upload speed, maayos na maayos po yun. yang ping lang talaga nakaka salot po eh. salamat po, have a nice day
