    JUST HOW LONG WILL A TECHNICIAN ARRIVE TO REPAIR MY INTERNET DESPITE BEING TOLD 3 TIMES OF A SCHEDULED DATE BUT FAILED TO ARRIVE?

      i HAD JUST HAD MY INTERNET UPGRADED TO THEIR LATEST PROMO. i AM A LOYAL GLOBE USER FOR OVER 6 YEARS. i HAD USED IT FOR ONLY 4 DAYS AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THE CONNECTION WAS LOST...i WAS TOLD IT WILL BE REPAIRED IMMEDIATELY THE FOLLOWING DAY....NOBODY ARRIVED....AGAIN I CALLED AND WAITED FOR AN HOUR JUST TO GET A CUSTOMER SERVICE ANSWER THE CALL..GEEZZ...AGAIN PROMISED IT WILL BE REPAIRED WITHIN THE WEEK....NOBODY AGAIN CAME....LAST SATURDAY I WENT TO THEIR GLOBE BRANCH IN SM BF TO COMPLAIN AND WAS TOLD THE TECHNICIAN WILL AGAIN VISIT OUR UNIT TODAY OCTOBER 1 IN THE MORNING...AGAIN NOBODY ARRIVED....I AM SO FRUSTRATED AND GOD DAMN ANGRY AT THE WAY YOU TREAT US...I HAD TOLD YOUR STAFF IF NOBODY WILL ARRIVE TODAY OCTOBER 1 AS PROMISED AND CONFIRMED I WILL THROW YOUR UNIT AT THE WINDOW
