    Disconnecting Spotify Premium


      Hi, I am having a problem disconnecting my Spotify Premium. I am not using Spotify anymore since last year (2017) but still it is being added in my bill. The problem is I already disconnected my email/ facebook account in Spotify premium but still they are charging me. I am paying the 129pesos for about more than a year now but still I found no solutions. I already called Globe CSR and they just told me to unlinked my account in Spotify premium which I already did. How someone knows to find solution to this.
