    Cancellation and Payment Reversal


      Hi! I just wanted to know what to do? I applied for a globe postpaid plan online last August 2018 and got approved but due to unfavorable date of delivery and inconsistent feedbacks of the representatives I decided to cancel my application. I called to inform them about my cancellation and they gave me a reference # and told me to wait for 15 days for the reversal of payment that was already debited from my account. I waited and months passed, there's still no reversal of payment and worst they still debit my account for monthly payment of the unit that was not even delivered. Im so disappointed. I dont want to pay bills that Im not even using. Please help.
