I have been a globe subscriber since 2005 and I have 3 postpaid lines with Globe. I'm just concerned why I am being charged with Netflix subscription under one of my line even if I did not asked for it. I called the Netflix hotline to asked and they told me that I am not listed as one of their subscribers. I called the Globe hotline 3x to ask if they can cancel the charges since I did not subscribe it but they just declined all my requests. Here are the 3 reference numbers that was given to me on 3 consecutive calls, #42853952, #116418695 (Leah) & #42897569 (Edna). This concern is taking so much of my time. According to the cases you've provided the charges are still considered valid, since this was processed on your end, but I've double checked your account and you shouldn't receive any Netflix charges in the following bills.
