    I have been a globe subscriber since 2005 and I have 3 postpaid lines with Globe. I'm just concerned why I am being charged with Netflix subscription under one of my line even if I did not asked for it. I called the Netflix hotline to asked and they told

      I have been a globe subscriber since 2005 and I have 3 postpaid lines with Globe. I'm just concerned why I am being charged with Netflix subscription under one of my line even if I did not asked for it. I called the Netflix hotline to asked and they told me that I am not listed as one of their subscribers. I called the Globe hotline 3x to ask if they can cancel the charges since I did not subscribe it but they just declined all my requests. Here are the 3 reference numbers that was given to me on 3 consecutive calls, #42853952, #116418695 (Leah) & #42897569 (Edna). This concern is taking so much of my time. I hope that your finance department will do something about this problem. Thank you
