I lost signal since yesterday (05 Oct) at around 5PM.
I’ve contacted Globe through Twitter and this is what I was told:
“Our system was able to detect unusual activities from your account thus; your number was automatically blocked by the system to protect your subscription. To restore your mobile services, we will need you to visit our security department located at the Parking Level, Globe Telecom Plaza Tower 1, Pioneer cor. Madison Streets, Mandaluyong City 1553 and look for the duty Security Specialist. Thank you!”
