    Amazon Prime Video Failed Activation


      Hi! I just had my postpaid line activated last month and took advantage of the Amazon Prime Video freebie but apparently, I am not successful with the activation. I texted APV the APV YES to 8080 yet I never received any text with activation link. It keeps saying I am already subscribed and that I have claimed the offer but when I texted RESEND APV it said I am not subscribed. I’ve been contacting your hotline, Gie of Globe, talk2globe, Globe Telecom and talk2globe twiiter none of them resolved my issue. They opened countless escalations and tickets but no one knows what to do. It is aggravating that I had to go through this mess just to get something done. What’s the deal? Am I really getting the freebie or not? I need an answer ASAP.
