    No Internet Connection


      We have no internet connection for three days now and the globe hotline number is not answering except for the machine....do we have to go again to your customer center at the mall so you could fix our problem? its too unfair for us since we only have time to go there on Saturday..so by that time, it'll took another days of non availing our internet but still have to pay you in full!!...
