    Globe postpaid plan excess charge

      Hello! I recently just started a postpaid plan 1499 with 4GB of data and 1GB free for Facebook, Unli Calls and texts to Globe and unli texts to other networks, 100 mins calls to other networks last Saturday and activated my sim card on Sunday. I checked to see my plan and usage through the Globe site and found out that my plan which 1499 with free calls to Globe and free calls and texts to other networks was not present in my Classic Packs as well as 100 mins call to other networks so I went to the Globe store where I purchased my plan and they they fixed the problem. After a day, I found out that my Extra Consumable which had 300+ pesos (because I have a monthly allowance of 1499 if I consume all my data) in it was already consumed even though I just got my plan fixed and now I saw in my bill breakdown an extra charge for excess usage. Anyone know why I have this problem? Thank you in advance.  Here are photos of my concern:
