    Globe excess net usage

      Hi!

      I just want to clarify my excess usage stated on my latest bill. How come I have an excess usage of 1, 649 when I have been so cautious about my previous billing having also an excess usage of the  internet? I am so aware of my charges for the previous billing, but with this latest bill I am really sure that I haven't been using the internet just to have another excess charge for this. I haven't even received even a text message for this charges before it appeared on my billing.
