      Why I have bill for the month of September 6, 2018 - October 7, 2018 when we already paid on October 9, 2018. Please let us know why?

          Can you double check the billing period of your billing statement? Did you receive two billing statement? In postpaid, this is usually the case, you pay for your usage before and after your cutoff date.


          In this case, your cutoff date is every 7th of the month, so your bill start date is on the 6th. Your billing will be from the 6th of the previous month to 7th to the current month.
