    No email confirmation of online postpaid application


      I applied just today online for a postpaid plan with handset. I reached the page where they provided me the reference number. When I'm trying to track my order through the site, it says that my reference number is invalid. I also didn't receive any text or email confirmation that my order was received by Globe. Is there any way I could confirm my application status?
