      I am done now on my 2-year contract in postpaid plan and I don’t want to continue my bill anymore. I’ve asked one of the staff here in our nearest Globe Store and she said that I must call 211 and tell them that I want to end my contract. I called them already and it was an operator and there was no options in terminating a bill ? Please can someone tell me how ?

          Termination of globe lines is allowed if your out of contract. But, if you still within the lock in period Pretermination fees will apply.


          The best way dial 211 using your mobile phone and/or 027301000 using landline.






          Avoid using termination of bill instead permanent termination of account.
