    Cannot verify Home Prepaid WiFi account


      I can’t verify my home prepaid WiFi account for me to claim my free 10gb data. I have already tried many time s verifying on Globe At Home app but the response is always like this ‘ looks like you’re not connected to your Home Prepaid WiFi ‘ although I’m connected already. Then, I also tried verifying it manually but their is none verification code arrived on my dashboard. How can I resolve it? Thanks and I’m a new user  FYI.
