i bought the phone 3 months ago and it got stolen last 11/26/2018 which was 2 days ago and i already paid for my bill this month but since the phone is gone i can't use the plan as of 11/26/2018 what are the best options for me? should i stop the plan since i can't use it anymore?
I'm sorry for what happened. You can just proceed to any of our Globe stores and ask for a SIM replacement. Make sure that you have at least 2 valid IDs and a letter of request for the replacement of the SIM.
