    Inquiry regarding my plan activation


      Hello Good Day po, Just want to ask some inquiries regarding the plan that i've availed. Last Saturday my phone was delivered and when i inserted the sim that the Globe provided the signal was displaying emergency calls only and until now it's still the status. I went to the Globe Store to ask how to fix that and they told me that the sim card is not yet activated. What are the other options that i can do to fix this problem? They also told me that the activation is within 24-48 hours upon delivery
