Try to call Customer service, if you have Fiber Plan, Telephone or landline is relying on Globe Network or Internet Connection its called VoIP not like the traditional cooper line even if you don't have internet landline is working, I guess you are disconnected from Globe Network. Technician need to find it.
Hi. Have u logged in the globe broadband portal and checked if your account is connected or disconnected from globe network? If ur net account is disconnected from globe network and If u don't have any unpaid bills u can try to call 211 and follow the voice prompts and ask for a reconnection.
