      I already called your customer service 2TIMES. and at this moment, i am already pissed off! I want to redeem may freebies to my globe at home subscribtion, (fox, disney channel, hooq). My first call was last dec. 9 and the csr named judith "promised" that i will receive an email on how to get this freebies within "24HOURS". but i haven't received anything so i called again after 48hrs(because i gave you considerations). A csr named maribel told me that within this day i will receive the email. And guess what? I still haven't received this goddamn email. I am pretty sure that my email is active because i just used it now to register to this community.
