I recently received my bill and I was shocked in seeing a huge amount of VAS charges on top of my monthly fees amounting to P491. I have never registered to Netflix in this number. Even if you check on netflix and use my number. There is no account under this number. I have a netflix account but I ended it long before I subscribed to this postpaid. I have checked it and it remains dead. I am so frustrated in this and I am thinking about discontinuing my postpaid account if nothing is done by you guys. This is really disappointing.
