Hi Globe Community, I can't seem to find the right section to post this question. I just learned recently that the law requires Telecom providers to set prepaid load validity to one year regardless of prepaid load amount denomination. I have read that Globe has complied with this since July 2018. I am referring to the prepaid load alone, without any promo. Is this true? So, does anyone here experienced having their load expire earlier than the one-year period?
