Why does Prepaid Home Wifi keeps on throwing Request Timeouts when trying to do traceroutes?

I used my Prepaid Home Wifi and has been quite satisfied in using it. The only thing I'm confused about is when doing traceroutes via CMD in either PC or Laptop it throws a timeout after showing a result on the 1st line.

This behavior could be encountered in both Wireless and Ethernet connection of the device.

Is this is something that we users could correct from our end or this is a normal behavior for this type of device?

      Thanks in advance!
