    Inquiry on my globe at home landline no dial tone


      I've made a choice of having a globe at home php1699 promo with landline. on the first two days, i had signal. then on the third day when i lift the phone, there is no dial tone, i cannot make outside call to globelines and someone is also talking. how is this possible? ive been calling 7301000 using my mobile and is asking me to input 133 and my landline number which i did but its giving me a prompt of automated answer na mali daw ung number. how is this possible again? can someone help me please. i would appreciate it very much
