Good pm! Initially, I applied online for an Iphone 6s+ rose gold but no stock is available for that color so I said that I'm willing to wait. But then after a while knowing that there is no guarantee on when the stock for a rose gold is coming, i've decided to push through my order with a space gray one. I contacted the hotline and they refer me to sales team, the sales team then refer me to postpaid dept, but the postpaid dept said that it is the sales team who can help me with it. They keep on transferring me over and over. It seems that no one can help me. They keep on promising that someone would call me and it's been several days. Can you help me who to contact about this or how can I process refund since it is already paid via credit card? Thank you so much!!!
