    SLOW LTE CONNECTION FOR 4 MONTHS ALREADY

      I have experiencing super slow connections for the past 4 months. I only get fast speeds at 12am sharp up to 6am maybe. I forwarded my complaints and report about globe and nothing was solved. I keep on messaging globe now but globe doesn't reply at all. We have an LTE connection in our area but I don't know what happened to the connection. I keep on using my LTE all day long without worries. Last year I had no problems with it but it only just happened 4 months ago until now. I tried all the troubleshooting steps they gave me, changed my sim. But nothing worked. Please help me. I'm from L. Lucas St., San Fermin, Cauayan City, Isabela.
