Although they are running on the same line, they are using different frequencies, check your modem lights if your DSL light is NOT solid green it means your modem is not in sync. hence, you can try to check the DSL filters by bypassing them and connecting your modem directly to the phonejack, powercycle your modem and waiit for couple of minutes, if the DSL light is still blinking red and NOT solid green you can now call globe hotline and report a no sync issue. they know that term...
