    Inquiry about loyalty program??

      Hi We have been using 384 Kbps DSL + Landlines for 4 years and then we upgraded to 2 MBPS just this month May 19,2013. We called in the hotline to ask if we are qualified for loyalty rewards,  the agent said yes we are qualified and said that someone will be calling us the next day to offer us some loyalty rewards, a few days have passed and we still haven't receive any calls. So I decided to callback and was surprised to know that we are NOT qualified anymore because we already upgraded our line... Does it really work that way ? I don't think that it is a good process ......... Does anyone have any idea about this??
