    Reference number

      I recently made a complaint through talk2globe twitter agents about a wrong entry in my account in which a globe agent who handled my application made. They gave me a refernce number and said i should keep it. What do i do next after that? They haven't replied to my other questions after that. How can i monitor the progress of my complaint and what would i do wirh the reference no they gave me? Thanks in advance.
