For prepaid accounts, you must activate your roaming settings 24 hrs prior to departure w/ at least P100 worth of credits.
Since you're already aborad, you can still activate your roaming through "MyAccount"
- 1) Visit https://accounts.globe.com.ph/login
- 2) Register/Log-in (if you already have an account)
- 3) After accessing your MyAccount Dashboard, you can activate/deactivate International Roaming for your registered number
Hi monette_bacarro, one possible solution is to set your network setting to manual, once it acquire telcos from your current location try to choose one to register your sim for roaming.
