      What's happening to Globe? We are enrolled to Family plan (3 units), and were already paid since last week of March, but two of the units can only send SMS. Calls were not allowed. Then we paid another bill 3rd week of May (just last week). BUT what happened was, those two units NOW cannot even send text messages!

      So I paid thru their GLOBE CENTER SM MOLINO AGAIN last Tuesday (27), even call 211 Globe Hotline and assisted ourselves to follow up the reconnection TWICE, but still we can't use our postpaid!! What the Globe Agent told us at Globe Center Molino was maybe they can check if those two phones are working, malfunctioning whatsoever.




          2 things:


          1. Network related - perhaps your 2 lines were disconnected for some reason (but you say they were able to send SMS but not calls);


          2. Unit or Sim related - your phones might be defective OR the settings are not correct, sim might be defective or loose.



          What did Globe say when you called? Are your 3 lines active in their system?

          Have you checked your Sim cards and made sure that they are properly inserted?

          Have you tried inserting another sim (different from your subscriptions0 in your phone to check if it works?


          Perhaps when in doubt, why not bring your phones and sims to the nearest Globe Business Center so they can troubleshoot the problem?
