Can you text or call?

I´m just relaying the problem since the user is disconnected. I would have hoped that some Globe customer support would look into this. The user´s modem/router is showing full bars but the computer doesn´t receive the signal.
Maybe it's a problem with your ethernet or Lan.
Please provide these
Service Type : Stick, WImax or DSL
Then I'll provide everything I know
Call 211 to see if theres noted system downtime on your location
Did you already troubleshoot the modem, Lan Cable and your computer's proxy setting?
or if youre using wireless dongle maybe you may try connecting the dongle on place with no interference for better signal stability, i would advise to set the network type to 3G ONLY instead of 3G Preferred.
also check if theres changes on the Network's APN. it should be internet.globe.com.ph Okay?
Maybe this will help you determine what causes the issue.
