      Hi Globe team. Need assistance po... I'm on plan 1799... Naka-unli data po ako... However, bakit naka-Edge lang ang signal sa bahay (I leave in Cainta, Rizal). To think na LTE pa ang kinuha ko.. Sabi ng nag-assist sa akin sa Globe Sta Lucia, 3G na daw ang mga towers nyo.. Then soon i-upgrade na sa 4G... Kya nga Globe ang pinili kong provider kc I believe na YOU can provide the BEST (i.e. Signal for internet)... Medyo nadismaya po ako thinking that I will pay 1799 monthly pra lang sa service na hindi maganda at hindi ko mako-consume... Globe Team, paano nyo po ba maaaddress ang issue ko na ito?... Kayo man nasa position ko, you will feel na unfair ang ganito... New postpaid subscriber po ako (I started last June 1st).. I raised this issue as early as now and hoping that you will immediately pay attention on this and give feedback as well...

          Hello, Mheann23.

           

          I understand your frustrations. 

           

          I availed the #GlobeBlackBerryZ10withLTE @ Plan 1799. I live in Las Pinas. And Globe do not have LTE Coverage in the area. And I have my own pending issue with the Weak 2G/3G Signal in our area.

           

          What you can do is to call 211 and report the lack of 3G Signal in your area. 

           

          BTW, I  hope you have already checked the Mobile Network Mode of your device.

              Limited palang po kse ang 4G/LTE coverage ng globe. I live in St Joseph near ever gotesco Ortigas extension at EDGE lang ang nasasagap kong signal. I have the S4 which is LTE capable. Tumawag ako sa customer service at pina activate ko LTE. ayun since then 4G na ang nasasagap kong signal... Natutuwa ako at sobrang bilis ng connection.. sobrang bilis mag download at mg stream..

              thanks for that info.... i will call 211 to raise this issue... nakakapagtaka pa nga, when i asked the personnel sa Globe kung ano ang hotline nila, di man lang binigay.... o hindi lang nya ako narinig?... puede... haist!... sana maging mas maganda na ang service ng Globe.... marami silang napaniwala na maganda signal nila.... first time kong mag-Globe dahil ayoko na ng mahinang signal at weak internet connection.... pero...... hhhmmm, anyways, thank you again....

                Dear nodnod, That's the same unit that i have... my location is near parola, madadaanan papuntang rose ann subdivision... i'll take note of that... tawagan ko ulit sila... thanks sa idea.. :smileyhappy:
