    globe postpaid downgrade




      I'm planning to shift from my best ever super plan 999 to plan 499 and I didn't availed a handset, i called on the hotline several times because i want a sure answer that i will be charge for this but customer reps. saying different answers some said that i can't downgrade my plan for now and i can only do that after atleast 6 months and if i want to downgrade now i will be charged. Other said that i can downgrade anytime w/o paying any fees because i do not have lock-up period.


      This is my first month for the plan, i availed plan 999 w/o and handset because i thought i can change/downgrade my plan anytime.


      Please enlighten me.
