Did you say that you do not have a contract?
There is a minimum holding period which is for 6 months. When you signed-up for the service, did they not tell you that is comes with a holding period?

Hi sinned0326, some CSR at the hotline have knowledge on this but i suggest visit a Globe Store near your area and explain your concern. My experience with the Hotline, you need to talk to 3 different person to have a tie breaker. hehe, inform them what the other said if it is contradicting.
