I can call and send sms using my Globe Business line.
Did you try to do the normal troubleshooting, turn off and on your mobile network, and or device, remove and replace your SIM. Are you still in the same location? Are you only subscriber in your location who is experiencing this problem?
Please call 211 and report this concern immediately.
As to your monthly bill. I hope you did not arrange for your bill to be auto debited to your credit card account. If this is the case, you can always call 211 and cancel this enrollment. I am not sure if you should also call the issuing institution of your credit card account.
