Did you inquire about your outstanding balance as of today?
Maybe your payment was not yet posted when your Mambo number 10 was generated.
Or maybe there was a delay in posting on the part of EC Payment (whatever it is) because of the Cebu Pacific incident in Davao.
Payments made after the previous bill period's due date may not be reflected in this bill.

There is an on-going enhancement with Globe's billing system. Most likely, your payment is delayed. I experienced the same issue with my April bill.
You may call the Hotline and ask them about your payment. You can also visit a Business Center and bring with you the receipt.
