I think I was able to answer that in http://community.globe.com.ph/t5/Globe-Postpaid/MY-SUPERSURF-PLAN-999-convert-to-consumable-load/m-p/13280#M2528.
It was was possible in my case and unless I'm one of the chosen few favored by Globe. then it would be possible for everyone. Hurry, before the people from Globe change their minds...
Globe did not allow you to change your plan. But they allowed you to add a new plan under the all new BestEverMySuperPlan to your existing old plan.
panu po ang ggwin ko para palitan ang existing unlisurf 999 ko into bestevermysuperplan??
If you are referring to the all new BestEverMySuperPlan, yes you can choose among the available Combos using all the Peso Value 1700 for the Plan 999.
You may check this page to create your plan and know all the available combos.
Pwede pala yung migrate? Hhmmm
Parang gusto ko na maging account specialist sa globe store at ng masagot ko ng bongga mga katanungan dito hehe ^_^
I just called customer service (211) at around 6:30 am to verify what happened in my cases for purposes of clarity.
I have 2 accounts under the Unlimited Surfing 999 and BOTH were still locked-up.
account 1 - locked until October 2013 enjoying bill rebates of Php 388.30
account 2 - locked until June 2014 where I got a Samsung Galaxy Tab 7 plus
The term used was Change of Plan and both were approved.
However, the Hotline CSR told me that they (Hotline) do not have the authority to make Change of Plans if the subscription is still under the lock-in period and only the people from the Globe Business Center would be able to do that since the have access to such.
I asked CSR if others who would apply would be able to do it and he answered back "Sir, it is possible but no assurance".
I would really suggest that you go to a Globe Business Office and make the change before they change their minds.
madame nabago mula nung nag upgrage ang Globe ng IT Platform, dati pwede magpachange of plan (upgrading) via hotline ngayun via Globe Store nalang?
dati pag nagpapalit ng freebie after 24 hours o kadalasan after ng call sa hotline activated na new freebie ngayun sa next cutoff na sya mag ttake in effect.
di ko alam kung pabor to sa subs or hinde.
Again, it is not a Change of Plan. The previous creature's plans still exist. However, he wants to avail of the all new BestEverMySuperPlan, so it was added to his Account.
I agree that the all new BestEverMySuperPlan may be better but if Globe will allow all subscribers to CHANGE their PLANS, it would be very complicated. And it is as if telling us that, yes, the previous plans were terrible.
And the added value of the all new BestEverMySuperPlan may not be that great for subscribers who are have plan 1799 and above.
Maybe for Plan 499 and 999.
Check it out. Use your calculator.
And lastly, I am not ready to let go of my Business Legacy Plan 350 with Unlitext, Call charge of 3.50/4.50, 50c/sms to other networks.
Oh well. Keep WILL.
Thank you for this wonderful discussion.
This is my reference, what's yours?
Read Other Plan Information and Usage Concerns section.
By the way, I don't believe every word from the creatures in the hotline.
Hahahahave a nice day!
