Sorry for the trouble, I am also having problems with my bills... I haven't received any single bill since March 2013.... and it is also not accessible online....
I always have to visit the globe center to request for my bill....
when I checked the *143# for my account, my due date was on July 14, 2013. But I still haven't received the bill yet....
Hope you can help me with this.... I was a very loyal user of globe prepaid since 2001... And when I switched to postpaid, I seem to encounter problems more often....

problem! im starting to hate things about globe, late billing, over charge bill, how to pay bills, customer service on the phone, and the people in customer service cant even answer your call!
You're right.... customer service at their counter has a very lousy service. instead of fixing my problem, they are offering other plans/marketing their products.
Why don't you enroll to paperless billing?
we dId ENROLLED to paperless billing! as what we have said, nothing was sent to our email, bill does not reflect any charges at all and there was no bill delivered to our home address as well....nor ON TIME.
Oh sorry previous post from you doesn't tell that you enrolled to paperless billing.
Anyway, my bills are also delayed so I tweeted @talk2GLOBE to send me an email of my bill for the month and within the day I received it on my email add.
i forgot to mention that I already tried tweeting and the facebook app to request for my billing. and they did replied once. I was able to get 1 bill. then afterwards I didn't receive anymore bills.
i tried using their facebook app and tweet again but got no reply.
their phone service is also lousy, unfriendly and unreliable. they hang up on you while you are being transferred.
