    I am having problems with my billing statement. Is Globe still updating its system?


      My last bill was very delayed so I decided to sign up for paperless billing so that I can receive my billing statement sooner. However, the paperless bill does not reflect any charges at all. There was no bill delivered to my home address as well. I was informed that Globe was updating its system but it should be over by now as stated in their announcement. Please advise because I have been losing track of my postpaid usage since March. Thank you.
