Are you referring to an upgrade?
If you are within the lock-in period and you have 2 or 3 months remaining, call the Rewards/Loyalty Team by calling 211. Choose options 1, 1, 8, 2.
Check with them the options or offers available for you if you decide to renew your contract with Globe.
Hope this helps.

Another option is to get an additonal line for the iPhone 5. You end-up paying two phone lines. Although it's not a practical suggestion. You decide.
You are welcome.

To your question Sidewinder, yes its possible however, please take note:
1. You need to early terminate your account. If youve completed a year of your contract, you will pay half of your Galaxy y's price and Full amount if its below 1 year
2. Call customer service (211) to check your options and if the handset is available.
3. Ensure that your "credit limit" can accomodate your new plan, otherwise, you need to present additional proof of financial documents to have it increased.
4. Settle any outstanding balance if any.
5. Prepare extra cash.

Usually you can't come out of the contract until it expire.. you have to put forward a request to your SP and terminating contract will end up in contract termination fee.. Instead you can simply change carrier by remote unlocking your phone from any vendors online like Simpleunlocking.com
