If your account is still active and Globe is an efficient company and their records are straight, then there should be no need to do so. Just mention it to them. You may be requested though to show proof of capability in case their past investigation only limited you to the subscription that you presently have.
Just the same and to leave behind extra trouble and inconveniences, bring along a copy of your proof of billing... that troublesome system upgrade may again be given as an excuse that they don't have access to their own records.
That should suffice. Globe wont require proof of billing as you have existing records with them (I assume this account is active?)
Anyway, what globe might ask you to provide is proof of financial documents, so keep that available..
