I understand that prepaid sim replacement depends on the stocks. For a postpaid sim card to take a month, that's unacceptable. A huge inconvenience.
I suggest going to another Business Center and ask the Staff if they have stocks of prepaid sim cards from the Security Officer. So he/she can ask the people inside the office instead of waiting.

Moving on with your concern.
For the prepaid SIM Card replacement, I suggest you ask the after sales specialist when are they expecting the delivery of the prepaid SIM Card.
If the after Sales Specialist cannot provide you any information, ask for the assistance of the after Sales Supervisor. They should contact the team ask them when will SIM Card be available.
For the postpaid SIM Card replacement, you shouldn't have waited for more than one month. You could have visited any Globe Store and request for SIM Card replacement.
I never experienced this with my Business Line and in any of my Consumer Lines. I always keep aspare SIM Card just in case something went wrong with my current SIM Card.
Have a nice day!
