I got my May Bill for the Billing Period Apr 18 to May 17, 2013 last Friday after calling the hotline.
I asked the live account specialist to send my statement via email
Btw, I am enrolled to e-statement but since this modernization, I stopped receiving my statement for my Business Line via email.
You may call the hotline 211 and request for the copy of your generated billing statement in pdf format be sent to you via email.
