    No Internet connection since June 5, 2013 incident


      My plan is Mobile Internet for Blackberry.


      And after June 4, 2013 incident (cannot text/call/browse because of Globe's faulty connection), I still can't browse?


      Nakakacall at nakakatawag naman ako, but the problem is I can't surf the net. I need to check my emails regularly.

      Ako lang ba nakaexperience nito? Globe said ayos na daw dapat to, nung June 5 palang.

          My BlackBerry works just fine.

          I suggest you call the Hotline again and report the outage to them. Ask them to generate a trouble report and ask for a reference number. Ask for a turn-around time so you can follow it up.

          Have you done basic trouble shooting on your BlackBerry? You may also try to insert another sim on your device or insert your sim to another device.
