The Globe Store Greenbelt 4 is really ignoring you if you have been calling them for a hundred times already.
Do you have any reference number for your concern?
Is this regarding the shipment of a replacement device?
When did you report this? Did the After Sales Specialist informed you when are they going to provide you feedback?
By the way, you didn't mention how long you have been trying to call them? Were the hundred calls made in one day?
I will wait for the reference number, if any. I can forward it to Greenbelt for checking. Or you may visit them ASAP or send a Tweet to @talk2Globe. You don't need to call them a hundred times. It's a total waste of time.
Lastly, this is not yet the worst customer service.
You may want to try the other network's customer service.
