This is applicable if you get the iPhone 5. I am not familiar with the Samsung Galaxy S4.
Regarding the S4, I suggest you get hold of 211 for more details. They are in a better position to discuss this with you.
How many months do you have left in your contract with Globe? Say for example, three months or less - get hold of the Loyalty Department for recontracting offers.
Hope this helps.
AFAIK, you can't really exchange a mobile unit for another one (not with Globe anyway). What you can do however is pre-terminate / pay-off your existing plan and get a new one (re-contract) with the handset of your choice.
Other than that, you can also get another line or just buy a prepaid unit from Globe.
You can call Globe's Loyalty Hotline at 730 1300 should you wish to know more about the pre-termination fees that you need to pay.
As for the Reset Program for the iPhone 5, I believe it ended last December 31, 2012 and is no longer being offered by Globe.
hi jun.thanks for your response..I have a follow question, I'm in the 8th month of my contract and I want to disconnect it, will it be possible for me to chnage the sim of the unit since I got it from globe? A prepaid sim? If I can't, can I just get another line but with diiferent network?
No probx ,you can shift yourhandset whenever you wish..But make sure whether your new phone is unlocked to the carrier you use.. If not get it unlocked from any commercial vendors online like Classicunlocking.com Once unlocked you can use any carrier to your phone...
