You may try to call the hotline 211 and talk to a live account specialist. Request for your Bills from March to June be resent to your email if all are available. I am not sure if your June Bill is already available.
You may wait in the call until all your statements are sent to your Inbox / Spam.
Lastly, it's best that you call the hotline or visit any Globe Store first if you have concerns with your account.
But, you can always seek assistance from any of the helpful creatures here in the Globe Community.
