When escalating a concern or making a request, always ask for a Case number or Reference number.Jot down the date, time and the person you were talking with to supplement the numbers mentioned.
This would serve as your basis, evidence and proof for following up or checking on your concern.
Actually they record your transaction but i think only if you ask reference or order number. There are cases that they don't provide depending on your concern.
If they can't provide such i just requested to enter my concern in their system and i don't hang up until the agent do so, yung iba kc will just say yes sir tapos hindi na na note concern mo nakalimutan na kaya when you call again walang note or tracking yung previous concern mo
it's really difficult every time I call.. hindi consistent sinasabi.. even if they it was recorded. since I also keep a record of what was discussed. the next time I call the details becomes different on their end.
