(Activated/Active) Credit Card (without the statement) may be considered as Proof of Identification and Proof of Income.
In this regard, you may still need to submit a Proof of Billing Address. I think your billing address is in the Credit Card Welcome Kit, you may try to use it as proof of billing address.
I hope we both understand that Credit Cards are not "Proofs" of Income. You should know what I mean.
Just to be sure, provide additional proof of Identification, income, and billing address during your application.

That would serve as your Proof of Identification (which will also be used to pay for the advanced monthly service fee) and Proof of Income.
