    Globe's poor customer service

      Th dial tone of my line was suddenly cut off, and certainly internet connection was also out. I tried calling Globe hotline for many times waiting for 30 to 45 min to no avail. Since hotline seems to be very busy, I went to Globe business center at ayala. My only concern or purpose was merely to report a technical issue. less than 5 mins with a teller will be more than enough to report that my line has no dial tone. But the business center only told me to call hot line. I understand that hotline was loaded/flooded with calls. Or even if they intentionally dont take calls, I dont care! The mere fact that I am inside their business center to report a technical issue, someone should have been accepted such a report. In fairness to them, they explained that only hotline will accept such report. what kind of service is that? The reason why I personally go to the business center because # 1, I have no dial tone. # 2 even after using someone else's phone, hotline was flooded, " but the call was important to them"! anyway, they told me to use their phone to call hotline again. but the fone they let me use have no access to the hotline! wahaha then I go back gain to the express counter and they let me use another line. fortunately, the call was taken after 20 to 30 mins of waiting, listening to " your call is impt to us". All in all I spend almost an hour in the business center for the only reason of reporting a dead line! I cant understand why a simple report will not be entertained locally!

              Do you know this line, "Meron tayong free WILL, gamitin natin ito" or We have free WILL, use it wisely"

               

              While I cannot blame the creatures in the Globe Store in Ayala (is tihs the one near PSE or MSE?), for referring you to call the Hotline using the phone in the Globe Store, you may refuse and talk to an After Sales Specialist instead.

               

              If the After Sales Specialist refuse to assist you, ask for the Supervisor or the Manager.

               

              In short, they should assist you whether they like it or not.

               

              You may visit the Globe Store in Greenbelt 4 or in Glorietta 3.

                globe really is just staying idle with their bad services... well i will make a campaign with other subscribers about your poor signal you think we don't know how much data and signal your transmitting time to post a campaign so we could report this issue to NTC you will say did you call us what's the use you never seem to have progress your just all talk no action done stop fooling your subscribers your not giving us the good service why build cellsites and internet connection when its not even stable when transmitting poor subscribers globe just making money but not doing anything to solve this problems what can you say substandard equipments how could they even give us good connection it saddens me but subscribers should do something! globe can't even handle the congestion ... NEW YEAR still the same globe.

                  stop fooling your subscribers you not making progress your signal and data transmission is not stable! time to post your bad connection to other subscribers!!!!
