Depending when did you pay your first bill baka kasi hindi pumasok sa cutoff kaya hindi nakita ng system.
Anyways, i always call the hotline regarding bill concerns, right on the spot i ask them to adjust the bill and send the updated one.

With my long experience as a Globe postpaid customer; if I pay the bill before the end of my billing cycle, I always see the payment on my next bill.
As hcescala said, best thing to do now is to call the Hotline or Tweet Globe @talk2Globe to verify if the payment reflects on their end. If no payment doesn't show, the Globe Billing Specialist needs to submit a case for missing or unposted payment.
