    Can I sue you? Very poor service


      Hi Globe,


      I have been a subscriber for over a year now, was impressed until recently. A cuple of months ago, my internet is disconnected everytime say 3 min and cannot make outgoing calls and can't receive incoming calls on my landline. Called the CSR a million times and they just verified my account is active and provided me with a job order number then nothing happened.


      It's been 2 months now! Can I sue you guys for giving us very poor service?
