I am sorry to hear that your encountering no signal while roaming. Let me assist you with this. Is it a prepaid or postpaid simcard?
First, We need to check your roaming status if is activated.
1. Dial our Self-Service Menu *143#
2. Press 9 for Roaming
3. Then press 3 to check your roaming status
Another way to check your roaming status is to text GROAM_STATUS to 2884. You will receive a message showing your status. You will be charged P2.50 for the text message if you do this in the Philippines. From outside the Philippines, you will be charged P25 + P2.50.
Or you can troubleshoot your phone. Turn it off, take off teh battery and simcard for 1 min then place it back. Or try to insert your simcard to other phone and insert another globe roaming simcard to your phone so that we can isolated. If it is a phone or simcard problem.
